After sale service:
You have right to ask sales staff to provide the correct operation methods and maintenance methods; and ask the sales staff to provide you with a warranty card.

After sale service Content and duration:
1.Motor: If quality problems,1 year warranty.
2.Motor: If quality problems,1 year warranty.
3.Fork:1 year warranty,fracture occurs, open welding, etc, to give replacement. Warranty for normal damage,not for human damage.
4.Controller:under normal use,1 year warranty ,trimming or no label will not warranty.
5.Charger:under normal use,1 year warranty ,trimming or no label will not warranty.
6.Series excited motors: 6 months warranty from the date of shipment.
7.Series excitation controller, connectors, charging : quality problem within six months to give warranty.

8.Turn handle: under normal use, if quality problems ,9 months warranty; external damage can not be maintained.
9.Brake handle,meter,Switch:under normal use, if quality problems ,3 months warranty; external damage can not be maintained.
10.Manufactured iron: normal use within 1.5 years to give the warranty, remodel not warranty, but can be paid maintenance.

11.Wheels: under normal use, if quality problems ,9 months warranty; damaged or distorted except.
12.Steel: under normal use, if quality problems ,6 months warranty;
13.Horn, lock sets: under normal use, if quality problems ,3 months warranty;
14.Tire:under normal use, if quality problems ,2 months warranty;
15.Inner tubes, brake drums, bearings, flywheels dental plate, light bulbs, have brakes, mirrors, plastic parts, brake lines, brake shoes, wearing parts  not warranty.
16.Battery: 1year warranty.
17.Passenger vehicle warranty half.
Outside scope of after-sale service:
1.Not use as instruction.
2.User-modification, overhaul damage or disassemble the original state so that fault damage, can not fault identification and analysis techniques, the user, improper storage or failure caused by accidents, no warranty card or card and material discrepancies vehicles.
3.Wearing parts and consumables
